By accessing, registering on, or using the phjoy6 platform available at phjoy6.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies, rules, and guidelines published on phjoy6.net from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement"). These Terms form a binding legal contract between you and phjoy6 ("phjoy6", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of phjoy6 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a phjoy6 account. This minimum age requirement is set by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. phjoy6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings generated — may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines on underage gambling.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phjoy6 Platform is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended solely for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Access from countries or jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted is expressly prohibited. You warrant that your use of phjoy6 is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating a phjoy6 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid government-issued identification document as required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phjoy6 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, national ID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided at phjoy6's sole discretion.

2.5 KYC Verification. phjoy6 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and for accounts that reach specified transaction thresholds. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by phjoy6 to complete the KYC process, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes delivered to your registered mobile number. phjoy6 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify phjoy6 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, your login credentials have been compromised, or any transaction on your account was not initiated by you. phjoy6 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access but is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Sharing. phjoy6 accounts are strictly personal. You may not share your account, allow a third party to operate your account on your behalf, or transfer your account to another person. Any wager placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested through your account is deemed to have been placed, made, or requested by you.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. phjoy6 strongly recommends that all players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication on their accounts. This feature is available at no charge and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on phjoy6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjoy6 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phjoy6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current limits and processing times for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer channels are published in the cashier section. phjoy6 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise determined by phjoy6 in the course of AML compliance. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phjoy6 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before the daily cut-off time are typically processed within the same business day. phjoy6 is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.

4.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment credentials belonging to another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

5.1 General. phjoy6 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise expressly stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your phjoy6 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion and are published in full alongside each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phjoy6 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer; and exploiting errors, malfunctions, or undisclosed loopholes in bonus mechanics. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings voided, and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Eligibility. phjoy6 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Players who have opted into self-exclusion are not eligible for promotional offers during their self-exclusion period.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phjoy6 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. phjoy6 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. All casino games on phjoy6 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by phjoy6 or any external party after a wager is placed.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts the normal course of a game round, phjoy6 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies across all games on the phjoy6 Platform. phjoy6 is not liable for winnings that would have resulted from a game round that was interrupted by a technical fault.

6.4 Sportsbook Wagers. Sports betting on phjoy6 is subject to additional sportsbook rules governing markets, odds, settlement, and void conditions. Settlement of all sportsbook markets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, or the relevant sanctioning authority for boxing and other sports). phjoy6 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where integrity concerns have been raised by the relevant sports governing body.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phjoy6 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one phjoy6 account;
• Using a phjoy6 account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive gaming format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors in a manner that provides undue advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events where you possess material non-public information;
• Abusing the phjoy6 customer support process by making frivolous or vexatious complaints;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjoy6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8.1 Commitment. phjoy6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or escaping financial or personal difficulties.

8.2 Available Tools. All phjoy6 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phjoy6 account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;

9.1 Ownership. All content on the phjoy6 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, audio, video, text, data compilations, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to phjoy6 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. phjoy6 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use phjoy6's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner without prior written consent from phjoy6. Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated means is prohibited.

10.1 Service Availability. phjoy6 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and circumstances beyond phjoy6's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. phjoy6 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phjoy6 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phjoy6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, phjoy6's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your phjoy6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager on phjoy6 and that phjoy6 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by you as a result of lawful gaming activity on the Platform.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by phjoy6 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phjoy6 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoy6 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You have the right to access, correct, and — in certain circumstances — request the deletion of your personal data held by phjoy6, subject to phjoy6's legal obligations to retain data under PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine AML regulations.

phjoy6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjoy6 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directives, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the phjoy6 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where PAGCOR's dispute resolution process applies and must first be exhausted. Nothing in this clause limits phjoy6's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.2 Formal Complaints. If you wish to submit a formal complaint regarding a specific gaming outcome, promotional dispute, payment issue, or any other matter governed by these Terms, please submit your complaint in writing by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". phjoy6 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If your formal complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction through phjoy6's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory and complaints channels. phjoy6 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution processes.
